I haven't been cooking much since CJ hasn't been home much, but I did manage to make these pizza meatballs a few weeks back. CJ must have approved -- I'm pretty sure he went back for thirds!
I will warn you that this one took awhile to prepare - maybe an hour tops - but was worth it. I only wish I had a professional camera and could make these look a little more appetizing than my phone camera does.
