scrap fabric cat toy

I was getting ready to throw away sewing scraps when I remembered how much Bridget loves playing in our laundry and how much Stella likes jumping.  So I've tied all the scraps together for the cheapest, easiest cat toy ever.  I'm a genius, I know.
