Merry Christmas!
This Christmas was a little different, but still good ... and still not over. CJ had to work both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, so I spent some time with my family on those days, and then CJ and I had our Christmas this morning when he got in from work. I got the only two things I really, really wanted -- a Vera Bradley hanging organizer (from my parents) and a pair of slippers. CJ bought me a few things he knew I'd always wanted, but would never buy myself -- an elephant Chia pet (I think they're so wonderfully tacky) and Home Alone. He also bought me some beautiful jewelry, among other things.
I don't know what we're doing today, but tomorrow I'll be fixing up another batch of wedding cupcakes (we're still in the testing phase) and then it'll be Christmas with the Faussets on Sunday.
