ugly tree is (almost) gone!

You have no idea how happy it makes me that the ugly tree in our front yard is almost gone.

For those of you who haven't visited the house, we have/had two pseudo-ornamental trees in our front yard. The one CJ cut down was growing cooked, and was too far along to straighten. The other was planted right by the driveway so that CJ can't even get out of his truck. We also found out that it was planted right on top of electrical wires, so he only trimmed that one back.

Don't worry, all you tree-huggers out there, we're going to replace it with a new tree. I'm browsing the Arbor Day Foundation website right now where we might be able to get a cheaper tree than at say, Lowe's (although I'm sure the foundation also makes sizable donations to any of my favorite Democrats). Besides, we got a whole ten tiny logs out of that tree that we can use for our fire pit. It's like money back into our pockets.
