giving in.

I succumbed. I jumped on the bandwagon and signed myself up for a blog. I decided I really don't like the new facebook, and besides, that really doesn't allow me to keep in touch with friends and family who I may not be able to call or see all that often. And then I thought of a kitchy title for a potential blog, so I had to start one after that. The title reminds me of Harry Potter. (In all fairness, I thought of that after I came up with the title, not because I'm that into Harry Potter.)

So anyway, I'll primarily use this to keep everyone up to date with what's going in the soon-to-be Whitehead household, which usually isn't too exciting. Don't get me wrong. I have more fun with CJ than anyone else. But let's call it as we see it. We pretty much rotate between work, the couch, Home Depot, and the pet store.

Until the next time, I'll post some pictures of us and the house. Oh, and make sure you leave comments. Enjoy.

The night we got engaged.

CJ finally took me to see the giant peach near Vincennes.

At Irish Fest this past weekend with Eric and Leah.

If you're really catching up with me, I bought a house this summer. I've spent much time talking about it, so I figure I'd post some pictures as I redo each room. There are no before pictures, but I'll have them for most of the other rooms.

Excuse me! That's the Big Peach...not the giant peach...come on. The Big Peach is the single most exciting thing about driving south on US 41. It's the eighth wonder of the modern world.

Welcome to the blogoshpere!

Love the name of the blog. Can you be as clever with Whitehead? And, the red wall in your living room looks awesome!

So glad that Amy set you straight on the BIG PEACH (Don't think James and the Giant Peach)! We southerners have to be proud of our claim to fame. Also, love the blog name.
